Why
we all need tools to annoy the wife/gf/parents :happy2:
Sourcing
Halfords will sell this and its on sale atm for about £50. but if you have a trade card you can get a whopping 1.89% off! :jumping: haha
Fitting
cut the sellotape, pull the polystyrene out and take the chest out.
open the packaging and arrange according to markings. 10 min job. 15 if you make a brew.
Plus Points
cheap, effective and portable!
they also changed the trays from the plastic ones that arnt very secure to foam ones that hold the pieces in place :happy2:
Comes with a range of tools
Minus Points
cheap.. may break under hard work.
some of the tools dont really fit very well in the foam.
Summary
Great if you need a range of tools for cheap, but also bad because they wont last long under hard pressure. portable and effective in
a lot of jobs.
i rate it a 8/10 :santa:

That's not too bad. Halfords "premium" tools are quite good these days as well, with a very high quality for the price. I recommend investing in very good quality tools as if looked after they can last many many years.

I've got 1 of them ,
It was bought me as a present , had it about 3 years.
Like Benny said there not up to much heavy duty use, the ratchets, extension bars, and screwdrivers bit the dust a while ago, but the sockets seem to be ok. So over all, 50 quid for a good range of sockets and a tool box is still pretty good :happy2:
