Title: Pioneer SPH-DA120 - stalk adapter - do I need it?

I am about to but a pioneer SPH-DA120 headunit, and have been told that I will need a couple of additional bits and pieces to install it. These include:
1) Double Din Fascia Adaptor
2) Aerial Adaptor
3) Steering wheel control adaptor

I know I will need 1 & 2, but I dont have a MFSW, and so I am unsure if I need the Steering wheel control adaptor.

Can anyone confirm that I dont need this?
