Title: Just a little Hello from Berry. New Shadow Blue GTI owner in Guildford.
Post by: Berry on January 04, 2016, 12:27:27 am
Hey everyone. New to the forum here and looking forward to being a part of the community!
I'm 30 years old and have basically a different car for every year since passing my test, but I have to say my new(ish) mk5 Gti is the best all rounder I've ever owned.
It's standard spec thus far but looking at getting some 18 bbs CH's to replace the 17 Monzas and perhaps some r32 rear lights/ed30 rear bumper

Based in Guildford so perhaps I'll see some of you around?

Cheers

Chris

Cheers guys.
Shadow blue certainly won me over when looking for a golf. Terribly inconvenient given how rare it seems to be!
Anyway will get a pic up once I've read through how to attach them..
AJG09 what you driving?
Chris

A couple of pics when I first bought her. Have since restored the headlights with a 3M kit which proved to be a worthwhile investment. Worked well. And put a set of Pilot Sport 3's on all round while I look for some BBS CH's or VZ's. In hindsight I should have put some budget tyres as a temporary thing but was planning to refurb existing at the time, keep them. Alas, I have discovered how much better a set of BBS's look!
