Hi,
I must be the only one that get vibrations from the hubcentric H&R 8mm spacers. I looks like the chamfered edge of the spacer is bigger than the wheel bore so is not a perfect fit. In other words if I take the wheel and spacer off and try to put the spacer in the wheel bore is not going in the whole way on all the surface. The spacers have also a sign of wear exactly in the chamfered area.
I got them new... part no 1655571.
What do you think is happening here? Should I get new ones? Did someone else had such issues? :sad1:

I think you may have the wrong ones.

Those are the correct ones I believe. nvm they're MK6, forgot to filter my search :p
This is the site I used when finding the part number for mine, https://www.dpmperformance.co.uk/car-parts/volkswagen/golf/buy/wheel-spacers
Their prices are good, but found them slightly cheaper on amazon.
Also before fitting use a wire brush on the hub/wheel to make sure it's free from dirt, rust, etc.

hmm... http://www.dcperformance.co.uk/cheap/780411/volkswagen/h_r-trak%5E-wheel-spacers/1655571.html
57.1mm bore... 5x112
Aren't these the right specs?

Specs are correct, not sure if those specific ones are a different design due to them being for an Eos and not a MKV?

Maybe they're the same :S Odd.
Did you get the correct length & type of bolts, and did you torque them to 120nm?

GTI is listed there
I think we can rule out. I'll clean the hubs...

Again, correct length bolts? Chamfered edge face going inward to clear radius of the hub? I have H&R 8mm spacers I used to run with stock wheels and never had an issue with them....so cannot comment on solving this for you.

Long bolts but I'll double check on Saturday when I plan to clean the hell out of those wheels, hubs and spacers. I'm pretty much sure this is the issue here....
