Looking at buying a Mk6 Golf GTi possibly, what is there to look out for?

I can't be much help, but I'm sure some TSI cars had cam chain problems?

Maybe worth a quick Google.

Hopefully someone with a bit more knowledge can come along with more details.

@th3f15t has a mk6 R and @Hurdy had a (legendary) mk6 R, and although these use a k04 TFSI, they may be able to advise on other aspects of a mk6.
