If any of you are in I.T. like myself, you will have had an increasingly busy day today thanks for those clowns at BT.
A lot of our stores have Zen internet lines as well as BT too but of course because of today's cluster-f()kck, they were also affected for some lines, particularly in Central London so our contingency is immediately compromised in this rare, but still potentially possible situation.
Question is, obviously most internet vendors sit their services on BT infrastructure because, well - it was there first and it's a monopoly that's never been broken, in reality. But - are any of you with Broadband suppliers within small/medium business who can rival BT for practicality, convenience of install, location, service, cost and speed?

Anyone know any vendors that do business leases that don't sit on BT infrastructure, even if you pay a pretty-penny for it?

I work in IT and we have offices in London and Brighton.
We are using Relish in London and Metranet in Brighton, both are satellite based ISP's and we get 100mb up and down from both providers. had no issues in the last 5 months since we installed them

How does that price up compared to BTs landline structure?
