Title: Rust spot

I’ve noticed a very small rust spot on my drivers side door  it is about a mm wide, mm high. It looks like rusting. Will it get worse?

If left untreated yes it probably will over time. Put some Krust on it and then a dab of touch up paint and it should be fine.
