Title: eBay short shifter

I've got one of these to fit. What do I need?

Should I change any bushes?

Do I need some kind of washer?

General consensus when buying the Forge short shifter kit, was to get the AKS bracket bushes and the below

You don't NEED the bushes, shortshifter alone will make a huge difference

And Yes with the eBay shortshifer you NEED to fit a washer

Well whilst I'm there would make sense to install some bushes.

Does this washer sit under the short shifter?
