Title: MFSW buttons and control module..

I'm fitting MFSW controls to my 2008 Pirelli GTI,
The MFSW code is 1KO 959 538F and the control module is 1PO959542.

Will these parts work with my year car and will I need a MFSW airbag loom? I'm guessing the loom on a non MFSW airbag has just the connector for the airbag itself and not the control module too?

Also, my wheel is non MFSW at the moment but im doing the MFSW mod to fit these, I've read somewhere that the later year cars come with the correct slip ring to fit MFSW controls.... Can anyone confirm this?

Is it a DSG wheel? I think buttons can only be added to a DSG wheel as they have cutouts, unless you want to start chopping your wheel up.

You need to make sure your Steering Control Module supports MFSW. http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/Steering_Wheel_Control_Module_Versions (http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/Steering_Wheel_Control_Module_Versions)

You will need a MFSW loom aswell.
