Title: Coolant... How much?

Doing a coolant change... .among other things on my ED30.

Just a quick one, how much does the system hold? Looking at buying this - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Motul-5-Litres-Of-Inugel-G13-Ready-To-Use-Ready-Mixed-Coolant-Antifreeze-/301658412325?hash=item463c3e1525:g:j3kAAOSwrklVd~Qp

is 5 litres enough to do the change?

More than! I normally get a couple of bottles from vw. Around 12 quid each
