Title: Remove rear wiper metal inner.
Post by: glasgowdubber on March 18, 2016, 02:33:56 pm
Basically the rear wiper has corroded and was hanging off, when I removed it, it's left the metal part in the centre, impossible to get off!

Anyone any tricks for removing this? It's supposed to be a common problem.

Thanks

If it's the bit I'm thinking of you can try wd40 and some grips and try wiggling it or you will need to cut it and it should then open up and will come off hope this helps I have prob not explained very well

That's the very bit, tried the wd40 and still won't shift, looks like it's gonne need to be cut off which is what I wasn't wanting to do

Have you tried using a puller?
