Title: BCS exhaust fitted today.
Post by: Bane on March 23, 2016, 10:16:19 am: I just thought that I would say a big thanks to BCS for supplying me with a spanky new cat back exhaust,as the one on my Edition 30 was on its way out...original exhaust which has lasted nearly 10 years which to my mind is a testament in itself to the quality of VW parts.
It arrived here on Monday morning and is at the garage today getting fitted.
Can't wait to get the car back now!

Completed transformed the sound of my car in comparison to the stock system.

Have you gone for the Sports or Prestige system?

Nice purr on idle then a nice but subtle tone on acceleration,just what I wanted.
Even the bloke in the garage commented on how nice it sounded and thought that the fit was excellent.

Post by: MC71 on March 24, 2016, 11:07:40 am: I spent 3 years driving around with a Powervalve Sport TBE fitted to my Eddy and Id honestly never heard it from outside the car until i sold the car and heard it drive away, sounded just as great outside as it did inside.......

My BCS exhaust arrived this morning so I fitted it tonight with the car on axle stands off the floor!

Picture above ^^ showing sport system with black tips next to original exhaust catback with link pipe for my existing BCS downpipe /200 cell cat.

The fit and finish is just amazing and the best bit in the sound it makes!

Another thanks to Nige and Dave at BCS / Powervalve for the great service, product and forum discount!

Post by: Neil 54 on March 24, 2016, 11:43:37 pm: Had my sport TBE on since mid Jan I just love the sound and improvement in performance as others have said the service from Nige and the team is excellent if you are in the market for an exhaust I can recommend Powervalve the only downside is I now need a new clutch as mine has started slipping probably the extra torque never mind am upgrading to a Helix just an expensive start to the year
