Title: Part number for wing mirror indicator
Post by: RedGolfDom on March 25, 2016, 03:02:09 pm
Realised my left side wing mirror indicator is not longer working so want to get it sorted. Does anyone have a part number for the led strip?

1K0949101

I'd go for genuine dealer ones/TPS as ebay ones are awful as I have two not realising how crap they are with lighting.

@irish_ram (http://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=8964) thanks  :drinking:

As long as it's oem I'll be happy to take the rhs off you as I'm stuck with a dodgy ebay one atm.

Ok guys, dont be mad, i just checked the listing i brought mine from, where it says its generic unbranded. But I definitely remember opening my packet and seeing vw stickers. Both sides were packed and then packed again into a single clear matt bag with vw sticker. They are in the car and will try get out and get a pic. Bear with me this hasn't fallen through just yet.
I was only looking to cover my expenses as they are cspare now

If there is not much difference between oem and unbranded then I am still interested if the others drop out  :happy2:

Let me know as I'd know the difference as I have copy one in the right and never fitted the lhs as the rhs doesn't blink bright enough in fact barely visible.
