Title: LED Interior Lights
Post by: glasgowdubber on March 25, 2016, 03:33:30 pm
Bought some bulbs the other day from Halfords, changed front mirrors, map lights and centre light.

The work once then blow the fuse. I tried taking the fuse out, then fitting, as I've read, same thing happened.

It's the 7.5amp fuse in the side door, do I need to change this to a more powerful fuse? What am I doing wrong?

Maybe the problem is from the LED. Get them from a different place, perhaps.

with regards to anything LED right now, you get what you pay for, a bush led tv isn't as good as a samsung led tv,  same technology but worlds apart, you can apply this logic to anything LED at least for the next few years I bought my interior lamps from a specialist dealer but they were worth £50 for a set and that is about £30 more then the average for a set

The main centre light is one to cause issues if the metal clip inside has moved and touching the wrong point. check this first.
