Title: RNS 315 MFSW and mk5 platform

Morning

I have read a few times you cannot make all the buttons on a mk6 wheel work on a mk5 platform, what is the reason for this?

Can it actually be done with the the right components and coding?

I have Mk6 steering wheel in MK5 platform. If you have mk5 cluster then all the buttons won't work correctly. If you swap the cluster to mk6 white or color, then all the buttons work correctly.

You need CH steering wheel controller though to make everything work. It's the only controller that works with BAP and DDP protocols.
