I'm with you on this too but then again, i'm happy i have the GTI :smiley:

I still look at Ed30's and R32's now but no matter if i had the money I don't think i could get another MK5.
I even ask myself quite often... "If i had £5000+, would i sell up and get a newer golf / rocco GTI / R or would I spend it on things like a complete colour change respray / big power upgrades / wheels etc and make this car unique to my liking and keep it for years to come adding more milage and not caring about depreciation etc...

Haha I'm loving the power now but when I seen the numbers that just a stage 1 sends it up to is crazy so I'm defo going to go stage 1 soon and I will make few tweaks ha and I've alway like the mk5 over the 6 and don't mink mk7 but money is the problem maybe one day
