Title: golf gti 2007 tappety noise when the passanger side window is down?

just started noticing a tapping/clicking sound when the passanger side windown is down, sound like its coming from left rear,  only happens whilst driving not at a stop. any ideas what it could be? thanks

have checked there are no stones stuck, took the wheel of and spun the hub and it was quite stiff didnt spin easily.

just checked the front left and it has a bolt stuck in the tyre
