Title: mk5 sidelight bulb change

help looking at changing my side light bulb to led ones got the bulbs but can't see how to take the bulb and holder out and what one it is. i have genuine xenons fitted if this is any help?

Get your hand in there....It is at 90 degrees to the head light.  nearest the wing and its pointing into the wing.
You just pull it out.  I think there's a small lip that makes it hard to get out.
You can just about get two fingers on it, lots of swearing and twist it back and forth, wiggle it, loosen it and all the time putting back pressure on it.
When you get it wight it'll pull out.  Don't pull the wires.....they'll snap without hesitation :(

Now I find them easy, must of developed my finger muscles :D  :D
