Title: Blows only work on when recirculation is pressed

Hi all,

I've got a little problem on my R32

The blowers just stopped working the other day, you can hear something working but no air comes out

I then realised when i press the re circulation button the blowers work fine

Anyone have the same issue? I've seen people ask this question on other forums with the full climate control but alas no answers!

So you can hear the fans working on both recirculation and fresh air modes, but air only comes out of the vents on recirculation mode?

If that's the case, it's possibly an actuator or blend door fault.  VCDS can usually point you in the right direction if you scan the HVAC module.

Hi buddy

Ive got the very same problem, blower only works when recirculate is on! its a torture as the car steams up alot easier.

Just wondering if you got this sorted as i cannot find a solution anywhere

I intend on getting it plugged in next week but just wondering if you got it sorted and could tell me what it was?
