Title: Fitted new kenwood unit some reason air bag light come on
Post by: gjseb16 on April 30, 2016, 08:17:11 pm: Right guys just finished fitting new dab kenwood all gone in a treat a part from air bag light come on don't understand. So scan car with just vag com reader an there no faults on car any ideas

You require an air bag type of reader eg vagcom mate. where you located?.

Buy a vagcom lead off ebay or amazon please :notworthy:

You will need it more than once in the golf's lifetime :driver:

Me too. Seems standard at VW, lets scan and run up a list of tiny faults that we can the fix for you at a few. I really begrudge paying for that.

If it were half that I'd be more than happy to pay for it as it's a quick scan but they like to rip customers off as this is vw who fausified emissions control for world wide sale of their deisel cars and even scammed UK emission control with some gadget under the bonnet :signLOL:
