So I'm looking at the dsg paddles and one has a - and one has a +.
The one with the + also has "off" written below it..
What is the off for???
-
Is bugged me too. Guess you got an early model 05-06? It seems that the later models also have this on the OEM paddles. I never did discover why..
Later OEM paddles

The off is if you are driving in 'D' and then pull on one of the paddles to shift gear yourself, it will show on the screen the gear number you are then in like it would in manual mode, if you pull on the +/'off' lever and hold it for 2 seconds, it will switch back to 'D' without having to wait the given 20 seconds or so for it to revert back itself
