Title: Drying towels
Post by: jakemower94 on May 24, 2016, 10:31:36 pm
Sorry in advance for the random / amateur question...
What's the best thing to do with drying towels, after use, so they stay plush for longer? E.g. Cold water soak, washing machine or just let them dry

30 degrees in the washing machine, no fabric softener and tumble dry them.

Usually just rinse/hand wash in cool or warm water, wring it out and then leave to air dry at room temperature.

Can be machine washed. As dansmith180 said - no fabric softener and not too hot 30 or 40 degrees is plenty. I rarely find it gets dirty enough to need a wash though as the car is clean so it's not picking up dirt by being used as a drying towel.

Wouldn't tumble dry them ... Hang to dry.
