Hi,
Has anyone got an aftermarket stereo fitted to their Golf?
I have a Pioneer Appradio and am using a feed from the fuse box as a switched live.
Just wondered what you are using to get this as I want a better way of doing it.

I've come across this on eBay which says it provides a switched live and illumination although I don't have a MFSW so don't know if it will work?

Piggybacked from fuse box here mate.
Likes the look of the attached really need mfsw buttons with touch screen. Shame already got my live.

The attached says it works for rcd/rns. /:Confused:

Just as a logic check before I do this later, is it a case of running the wire from the fusebox and then unplugging the yellow wire on this loom picture (but on the red wire, just can't see it on here) and plugging the switched live into it?
So effectively the section from the quadlock becomes redundant?
