Got a code for throttle body few weeks back cant remember the code atm will see my mate to scan it again soon as poss , but cleared it and all has been fine till today when i got a bit spirited and gave the car a good clear out and i got the esp and traction control light , went into limp mode then started cutting out / stalling left it for a min .popped bonnet checked for anything obvious and nothing out of the ordanery. Unplugged the sensor in the front of the intake manni and plugged it back in , lights went out and car started ran fine , i plan to change the throttle body but have seen that new ones have to be recoded ??? Mine is the 06F133062E is there a better revision i can use ??
Need to know what is involved or how to do that part ??? Good with spanners c*#p with vag com lol

I'd personally wait till it does clap out as these cars are prone to random error codes and when deleted don't come back.
It's a ball ache to do.

Dont mind the spanner work but just need to know how to recode it if it needs to be as i think its quite dangerous when it has a wobbler and it only seems to happen when i floor it

The throttle body is extremely common for the flap to break or crack, check it out asap as it can pull the broken bits through the engine blocking oil and water galleries.

As mentioned above it could be dislodged.
