Title: Stuck in German RNS510

RNS510 stuck in german language

tried resetting it and a factory reset and no luck

just saying it can't change language, any ideas?

needs a firmware update or maps need installing again
id do both though

find out what version its currently on
usually by holding down on setup button for 15-20 seconds to show the hidden menu/version info
then update first and then new maps

whenever i hold setup it just comes up with FM/AM

any idea on how to get the firmware

pull the unit out and check the label im afraid
