				hey all,

My front lower (rearmost) bushes are up for replacing. I've read that S3 bushes are the way to go, but is there anything else i can do whilst i am there? Or would just the S3 bushes be a good call? any part numbers for the S3 bushes?

 cheers

Febi 33973 are solid OEM S3 bushes. I found them just right.

Depends on the budget. I'd get a SuperPro anti-lift kit, which I fitted to both my Golfs. The ALK does make a worth while difference. You can consider the ALK from Powerflex, since it's cheaper.

just so i am not throwing money away; what difference does it make?

You read about it in this topic: http://www.golfmkv.com/forums/showthread.php?t=181008 (http://www.golfmkv.com/forums/showthread.php?t=181008).

It's a must do mod for me.

nice one. looks like the Whiteline Anti-lift kit is the way to go.

-
Not what I wrote before. Personally I prefer the SuperPro ALK but Powerflex sells one cheaper. An ALK is what you need. Whiteline doesn't have the quality or price advantage.

ok - thanks for that.... i did skim read so... Will investigate once my bank balance recovers a little. :)

I'd get the Superpro ones... speak to Alex at AKS Tuning.
