thanks for the tips guys... . i had a bit of a chat with v12 and am going to go with them. They will provide a custom map and have a rolling road so it's not going to be a generic off the shelf jobby which is good.

Had a couple of cars mapped by Scott at v12, he's ok if your on a budget. Did a cracking job on a mates stage 2 mk5. Has he got his rolling road fixed now? Always having problems with it.

It may be fixed now, I've not been for a while. Are you stage 1 or 2? He didn't have a rolling road when he did my mates mk5 gti, he was also in a crappy unit near the new one he has now.

He mapped his car on the road and it was a f*ckin fast! One of the quickest k03 mk5s I've been in. He got it dynod elsewhere, I'll try find out what the figures were. Only mods were intake and milltek tbe

My car is completely standard apart from a GFB DV+. I've also replaced the cam follower but that's it. I am not running an induction kit/intake as i've read mixed things about them. The only other thing i'll do is run a larger downpipe without the precat but that will require a tweak to the mapping again (afaik).

i'll be interested to see the results for sure! if you can find them that is :D
