Title: any one able to scan my gti stockport area

was driving home tonight when the car went into limp mode ?
is there anyone in the stockport area that could scan it for me ?

If limp mode has activated you may be able to get a standard OBD reader to read and clear the code.
VCDS will obviously give more accurate info, but it happened to me and I had my Bluetooth OBD reader which works with the Torque android app with me, was able to see and clear and over boost error.
Obviously once you have the code you can start figuring out what's causing the issue.
