Had a misfire issue yesterday and it's seems the spark plug have had enough. What does the condition of them say? Any I right in saying running rich? The one of the left is also a bit 'fury'
They are oem and on 20k

Hi mate,
Check for worn piston rings and/or valve guides.

Hi mate,
Check for worn piston rings and/or valve guides.
Is that achieved through a compression test then? Is that mainly for the fury one or would you say they are both a concern?

Is tour car mapped and if so it need BKR7EIX plugs if not then something is making the plug run too hot. Check for problems in your engine's cooling, a lean fuel mixture or incorrect ignition timing.
-
Yeah unknown map, have the ngk on route. Will check timing at weekend. Cheers

I'm running a stg1 map on a Pirelli, do you think that I should upgrade the plugs? hadn't even thought about this :scared:
-
:slap: doh of course you should as it will help with the heat generated by your car being mapped and fuel running through at high temps igniting the plugs which in turn causing the glazing.

lol I replied to someone else :signLOL: get it sorted as if it's mapped you'll ger over heated plugs.
