Title: Stage 1 REVO Remap

Hi guys, i got a stage 1 revo remap on my '56 plate golf gti with 50k on the clock the other day. Since ive had it done when i boost and go over 4k my friend driving behind said he can smell burning oil, should i be worried or any advice. Thanks

No visible oil smoke? It's probably just the car getting hotter and expelling exhaust gases with more force. They do burn through more oil with heavy driving though.

No, no visible smoke still running fine, running 5w40 oil. Just rather be safe than sorry

TFSI is (or can be) an oil burner. At times the can look like soot chuckers when pushing on, mapped or not. Regardless......keep an eye on your oil level.
