hello i am going to buy some springs form some one but there off a dsg would they still fit even tho mine is manual
-
They will 'fit' but I'm pretty sure DSG springs are different - in that they account for the extra few kg of the DSG.
I've no first hand experience of whether it's a big no no to fit DSG springs to a manual and vice versa, or whether you can get away with it.

well i have just looked on ebay and manuel h&r are part number - 29176
and the ones i am buying are 29176

Could be that aftermarket don't bother differentiating - H&R are obvs a heavier rate than stock, so maybe the 1 design works fine with both weights.
I've got those springs by the way. They're good.

is your car dsg

No, manual. From memory though, I've seen a number like 29176-1.
If the number 29176-2 exists, it could denote DSG/non-DSG. I'd check that out first. Try Awesome GTI, AKS, the usual, and see what's listed for both DSG and manual.
