How soon can whiteworm return to diamond cut alloys?
No sign of stone chips and they're only 2 weeks back from diamond cutting. Could just be a flaw but it looks like whiteworm again! Surely corrosion takes much longer than this?

All depends how they have been pret but if done right and sealed properly they should last a few years
Changed loads of alloys on cars for this reason under the kia warranty and have seen some come back in months

any pinhole in the laquer and a good spell of wet weather can nacker them quicker than you can blink

I thought they had done a good job and I sealed with jetseal 109 and topped with super hd autoglym before I put them on.
Could just be an imperfection under the lacquer. I'll keep an eye on it!

Yeah could be a slight problem,Did you send them away or a local place,as you could go and see them

A guy 40mins up the motorway - bad experience overall

this is the thing that puts me off the monza's. I love the way they look but would hate to shell out only for them to be buggered in a blink of an eye.

I had mine refurbed and maintained them fastidiously afterwards. Cleaned weekly, sealed etc. They lasted about 12 months before the first sign of whiteworm returning. Now another 12 months on and there are quite a few patches and also the lacquer is cracking and pealing on the inside of the painted wheel cutouts. Currently deciding, do I have them polished again and last another two years, have them painted or get rid and replace with a wheel that doesn't suffer this issue...
