Hey guys

Just a heads up about this car, air and military show on the Aug bank hol weekend, at the topgear track near Guildford:

I'm organising a stand for the RS246 forum. I suggest if you guys wanted a mk5 Gti stand they may still have room on the Saturday- might be worth a shot. I was told we needed a minimum 4 or 5 cars.

You'd need to contact a chap called Ed Lowman on Monday.

Would be great to see some Golfs down there

Surprised there's been no interest!

Spoke to the organisers today to finalise booking details for the Audi RS246 stand. We should have 9 cars.

They have one stand space left for Saturday.

Shame there was no interest from this forum, would've been good to get some VW representation down there. We had fords, jags, audis, mitsubishis, teslas, minis, mazdas, etc etc Does the forum ever get involved in shows?

Think about it for next year?

It was a great day out; from all the cars on display, to planes and helicopters, army vehicles, cars on track, and especially the air show. The eurofighter typhoon was insane! No red arrows on Saturday unfortunately, due to thunderstorms at brize norton.
