Title: SRS-TEC rear diffuser

Does anyone know if this part is just the black insert or the whole bumper? As I already have the R32 rear, I just need a single exit exhaust to go with my Powervalve...

That's just the diffuser part not the whole bumper

I know this as I was gonna buy 1 wen I was thinkin of goin r32 on my old eddy
