Title: New installed front top mounts creaking??

Installed to my golf H&R lowering springs and replaced top mounts and bearings and when everything is done i went a small drive and when brakeing and acc. i can hear a creaking sound from the front and when stationary steering. Why does they make that annoying creaking sound now? dry? anything i need to check etc? lube?
