Title: Cooling fan on constantly even when cars off

I have an annoying issue with my cooling fans, the smaller fan runs constantly. I've tried taking out the fuse and it still runs, the only thing I can do to stop it is disconnect the battery. I've scanned it with my phone and it says PO480 coolant fan control circuit 1: electrical malfunction. I've heard about the control module j293 but I have no idea where it is. I've looked under the battery tray and I still can't find it ? Has anyone experienced similar issues ?

Hi it's in the fan housing left hand side.
