Title: New Polo R line 1.0tsi
Post by: garrardrj on August 11, 2016, 08:46:44 pm
Getting one of these tomorrow for the wife  :innocent:
So what upgrades and additions can be added to the standard spec , is there any more power available as an example ?
This will be a long term car as she doesn't do more than 3k a year so ours for at least 6 years plus. Golf is a bit big tbh and the Polo is virtually the same as the Mk3 Golf we had years ago.

Nice one. get some pics up, I like the Polo's

As its a tsi engine, im guessin the usal mods can be applied.

Could just get a remap and call it a day but would ahve to find a tuner as Im not sure if any of the mainstream tuners cater for anything under 20t

Nice looking motor.

Id give revo a call and see what they can do. I woudlnt bother with Downpipes and all that just yet.

stage 1 would be ideal. little pocket rocket

It could do with some lowering springs..!

I really like the shape of these though.

Or larger wheels . They look so much better in the flesh. I had only seen them in photos and we drove 70 miles to see this one. It was sold as soon as i saw it. It drives like a Golf and like a bigger car than it is. The 1.0 engine is pretty good for what we need it for. I will also look ok driving this than our old Mini !
