Title: Upgraded parts from other vehicles
Post by: graham-gti on September 04, 2016, 01:24:39 pm
Hey guys as the title suggests I'm after making a bit of a list of stock oem parts from other vehicles that will fit straight into the mk5 gti and improve it.

Vehicles I'm thinking of are r32, s3, Leon and maybe some skodas???

Any help would be great thanks

Depends what parts you're looking for I guess. TFSI engine parts, wheels, brakes etc. The TFSI engine was used in many cars from a Seat Altea FR through to an Audi TT mk2. Wheels etc you can use from pretty much all vag cars as they use 5x112 from around 2004. Skoda's you'll be mainly looking at Octavia's.

There's literally too many bits to make a list really. But most things from S3 8P, Edition 30, Cupra K1 and TTS are a straight swap and somewhat better than a stock GTI
