Title: Puddle Lights?

Can I fit led puddle lights to my wing mirrors if they don't have existing puddle lights?

Not just by buying those.
If your car doesn't have puddle lights already then there won't be anywhere to plug those wires into.
It can be done though.
Someone else will surely chime in and let you know exactly what's required.
