Title: Cam follower won't come out! Please help! (Update, it's out, is it worn?)

So I've got to the cam follower, but all the guides say to just pull it out but it's not coming at all. How come? Thanks!

(UPDATE) it did come loose in the end, was a bit stiff for some reason! This is the condition anyway. Don't know if it's ever been changed in its 115k miles, is this major wear? Thanks all!

This isn't much help but they should just come out  :ashamed:

that's worn out quite bad.wondering why the side wall is scored  :thinking: :thinking:
