Does this belong to a forum member or is it known? Perhaps someone has looked at it already? He's dropped the price by £500 and the original price was pretty strong for a private sale so it's either got something wrong with it or it was just too expensive. Ad is light on details such as Cambelt & Water pump too. Any thoughts?

Doesnt appear on the register (no blue ones at all) so probably not been involved with the forum in the past.

Price doesn't look too bad to me, it is quite a rare car compared to the ED30. I paid £9750 for mine with 54K only a few months back, owner was asking 10.5K!
Car and wheels look clean, low owners, a couple of advisories on MOT, no bigee really.
I would want to see all of the service history for cam belt, dsg services etc, might be a good one and well worth a look :happy2:
But, I would prefer 3dr manual to this!

Cambelt done at Christmas last year, DSG service earlier this year.

All standard MK5 stuff!
I had to have both rear calipers and gaiters replaced on mine last year.
