Hi all, I'm new to the forum and Vw, I've been driving Bmw for the past 15 years but fancied a change, so I bought a gti as a project car. My idea is to keep it stock looking but improve what I can without going mad.
I'm working through the new car to do list and so far it's been intensive cleaning and removing a Ram air induction kit (for sale if you fancy one). I'm trying to sort the shabby looking exhaust trims but can't get the buggers off, any tips?
No pun intended.

Exhaust trims? Do you mean the plastic surround or the tips?

the tips of the exhaust dont come off

Does the RAM Air induction kit come with a heatshield? How much you after for it?
