Title: Clutch Issues

Ever since fitting the Helix clutch kit (5k miles ago) I've had issues with getting gears when the car is hot. Recently it has started making a rattling noise which disappears when the clutch is pressed. Also when a gear is selected and the clutch is fully pressed down the car still creeps forward.
Anyone have any ideas as to what is f*cked?

It's an 07 plate.
I have also done the restrictor mod on the bleed block but that didn't make much of a difference
