Title: Swapping BWA for BWJ engine

Hi guys so.... i'm looking to replace my engine BWA in my mk5 golf gti, and i came a cross a complete BWJ engine with turbo from a leon cupra.
What im wanting to know is, would it be a straight swap?
would my standard ECU run the BWJ engine?
i have a stage 2 tune on my current ECU, not that it makes any difference as i know i would have to remap it again.

@dansmith180 swapped his AXX for a BWJ. He might be able to help.
