I am about to buy everything for the welly cooler install. This is the list I've got so far:
Toyo Sport bar and plate Intercooler
3 x 90 degress 63mm pipes
2 x 45 degress 63mm silicone
1 x 63mm alloy joiner
1 x 1 metre 63mm straight silicone
2 x 76-63mm reducers
64/63mm bayonet fitting.
Is there anything I've missed that I will need?
Also when fitting I know that the crash bar and the pipework will need trimmed to fit but what happens with the original cooler? I presume that stays in place?

Not sure about parts missing but yes the idea is this cooler sits in front of your existing cooler

You'll need some metal work to make a couple of brackets to support the top. I'd advise 3mm thick.
You'll need a couple more alloy joiners too.
TBH I'd also suggest scrapping the bayonet fitting, get an extra alloy joiner, chop it in half and tig weld it to the turbo outlet pipe. It's tight in that area and getting it tigged at the right angle makes life easier.
