Title: Steering rack question

Hi guys, so cars been in garage recently and turns out the steering rack has play in it/is on its way out (been knocking etc but no play in tie rods), everything else has also been checked by my local and sound has been replicated and it's the steering rack, my question is will a new steering rack come with new tie rods also? May aswell replace them too if I'm doing the rack?

It will be rack only if bought from VW.  Tie rods and gaiters will be extra.

Let me know how it goes.  The last major service I had done on mine (at VW, 100 odd K miles) they put an advisory saying the rack has slight play in it, so mine will need doing soon also.
