Don't have one for sale but own one personally. Highly recommended as it's a fantastic device and totally worth the £38-50 investment. I did most of the coding on my Mk7 using this.

Top tip: check out the Lithuanian manufacturer's official eBay shop as he had some special discounts on the Pro version along with 200 free credits.

I've ordered the Pro one off eBay, waiting for it to arrive.

From the vids I've seen on You Tube you only use credits (Apps) for coding changes etc
Apparently you can earn credits by allowing ads each day, not sure how annoying that will be though.

As far as I'm aware the diagnostics don't use credits.

I've got the obd11 and it's a fantastic little thing, it's not perfect but development is ongoing with it👍🏼 ive fitted both the rear view camera and the lane assist camera and coded them both up with it, also put the traffic sign assist and high beam assist on.
