has any member has theres changed as i find it changes down a gear to quick and needs to hold the gears a bit longer and mine changes up at 5k but was thinking of lowering it to 4500rpm and down shift 250rpm

The GTI's DSG map can address shift points in S, although not every tuner alters them.
Should be possible on your R32 as well

The tuner I use can alter the dsg box luckily not to far from me hopefully getting done on Saturday

Just use the paddles. I think I've used S mode twice in my car in the 5 years I've had it

Mines had the dsg remapped by R tech and frankly s mode is horrible. Pops and bangs from the BCS are great as it holds gears but that's about it.
Paddles or D for me.

Revo linear map on my DSG,it should be named Lunatic mode as it is exactly that, fun though
