Title: light problem

for some reason all of a sudden my interior , mirror and guide me home headlights come on on there own stay on for 30 seconds then go off for 20 mins then come on again been doing this constantly day and night for the past 2 weeks dose anybody know what's wrong or had this problem ?

Try disconnecting your battery leave it disconnected for 2mins then connect it back

it happens when the car is locked auto lights are off just the interior and wingmirror lights come on but if u turn off the interior light just the mirror lights come on ... it happens about 30 mins to a hour after locking the vehicle and carry on until you unlock so basically it goes on and off on its own all night and has been for the past few weeks

You need a scan with VCDS to see if any fault codes are recorded as it may be a door or boot wiring failure on route or even an actual door module failing thinking the doors opening etc.

saying that my drivers door modal. has gone so central locking only opens passenger and boot u have to unlock the drivers door by key new one arrives 11th would this be the problem then
