Title: T4 Van - Seeking replacement Engine, 1.9 Diesel

Hey guys, I'm after some help for a friend. They own a 93 T4 Van and the rad hose blew cooking the engine in the process. Their mechanic has recommended a new engine as the more viable route. Does anyone know where they maybe able to source a 1.9 diesel engine for a 1993 T4 please?

But seiously a replacement due to cooking the engine, surely cheaper and quicker to repair no ???
